BEAUTIFUL EMPIRE in Norway, 2008

Here are some pics from Drøbak, Norway...

This is one of the nice parks in the little town we live in, the park is by the sea and there are a couple of traditional house which are used as ice-cream-bar in summer. People hang out here, kids play and swim. In winter people take walks there and experience the quite and the light. We put up you posters on the red house, on a tree and under the shower (very popular in summer after swimming). The pictures are not "shouting" their presence, but are impossible to miss...

The light has changed since last month, and the snow has covered the poster by the shower: Tina finds it pretty quick...the posters are still there and we'll go back several times during winter, and maybe they'll still be there in spring?!

This was fun. Tina was having a photo-shoot for a book cover at some friends' barn just outside town. I had your poster with me and we thought it could be a nice setting for some shots. Old farming gear and tools, Tina's red boots and some great looking tractor tires...I like those pictures. And the owner thought it was a fun project as well...

A nice walk by the sea ends up at this bench, great views and very quiet. We you poster looked nice behind the bench, welcoming anybody getting there. The light and the "poster's transparency" make a nice pattern on the picture...
